I notice you’re using a pick. Do you go up and down with the pick for each finger? That is, when playing finger #4 you go down, and when playing finger #3 you go up with the pick?

wonderful video. I …
wonderful video. I highly recommend this to anyone just beginning or even experts as an exercise. I’ve been playing for a little over a year now and kind of rushed myself to playing fast and become sloppy. I retrained my fingers this way, and you will feel the difference after 30 minutes of this workout. Your notes become faster and more fluent, you become more flexible every time you do this workout. and absolutely don’t get ahead of yourself. Play at the speed YOU are comfortable with. 5/5
