They are pennies on the dollar compared to paying hourly with a tutor, and you can take your time going over a video online for hours without costing you anything than the initial cost of the course. It is best to find, if you can, lessons that are in a series that takes you through a learning process. Usually starting you with a free beginners course to get you started rather than an unconnected bunch of lessons bookmarked from different sources.
Just because you don’t have an instructor in the room with you holding your hand in the exact places it needs to be on the guitar does not mean you are getting any less of a lesson. All the online tutorials (the good ones anyway) have wonderful in depth videos from every angle and close ups so you cant miss.
